Return & Refund Policy

At Betty Designn, every piece of jewelry is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the handcrafted and often unique nature of our products, our return policy is outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Custom or personalized orders
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at the email below.

Shipping Costs

• If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs.
• For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
  
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
